Kuwait Cable Vision is a Kuwaiti share holding company established in accordance with Amiri Decree No. 212 for 1997 and in accordance with the provisions of Commercial Companies Law of 1960.

The company is located in Sharq area (Gulf Investment Corporation Building), 3rd Floor, P.O. Box 20664, Safat 13067, Kuwait.

On 1 May 2005, and according to Amiri Decree No. 87 of 2005, the objective of the Company were amended to be as follows:

• Construct and manage Satellite TV Stations.

• Construct and manage Studios for Recording and Broadcasting at TV and Radio Stations.

• Reception and Broadcasting of Satellite TV Stations to its subscribers against periodical fees.

• Import, Export and Trade in the Equipments which support the Company's objectives.

• Construct Buildings and maintenance of workshops, which support the Company's objectives.

• Advertising in the line of Company's activities.

• Broadcasting Programs and Films.

• The Company is rolling out its business inside and outside Kuwait.

• The Company can join other companies that support the achievement of the Company's objectives.

• Construction or joining with others to construct wire and wireless networks which support Broadcasting activities.

• Utilizing financial surplus through investing in financial funds and portfolios managed by specialists.

• Rendering media consultation and advertising (provided that the required conditions are fulfilled by the parties providing the services).

• Kuwait Cable Vision specialize will all the world professional companies for any Studio, OB Vans and other Production facilities for the best System Integration.

• Kuwait Cable Vision owns and operates 500 sq. meters Studio will complete Editing facilities, ready for all Production Services.
• Kuwait Cable Vision is the leading company in Film Refurbishment, Archiving, Film Transfer and Storage to preserve the history and the archive of any channel.
• Desert Door Productions (DDP) was established in November 2005, is a Kuwaiti closed share holding company with its head-office in Kuwait and representative office in Dubai Media City, UAE.
• Desert Door Productions (DDP) is an independent film production company. DDP develops, produces and invests in quality, socially relevant film, Television and Commercial Projects throughout the Middle-east, US and Europe.
